The Role As Lead Interior Designer, you will: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Interior Designers and Interior Designers. Lead concept design through to completion across high-end hospitality projects. Oversee project delivery, ensuring design intent is maintained while meeting budgets and deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Contribute to the studio’s design direction and uphold their reputation for excellence. What We’re Looking For 8 years’ interior design experience, with a strong portfolio of hospitality projects. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring design teams. Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations. Strong technical ability with Revit and Adobe Suite. A balance of creative vision and practical delivery skills.
