The Opportunity Due to sustained growth, our client is seeking a Civil Engineering Lead to take on a pivotal role within their Hobart-based team. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee civil engineering design and delivery for residential and commercial projects. Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices. Mentor and develop a team of engineers and technical staff, encouraging a collaborative and high-performing environment. Liaise with clients, councils, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver trusted advice and build strong relationships. Contribute to business growth through continuous improvement, process refinement, and identification of new opportunities. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering. CPEng status (or eligibility) with Engineers Australia. Proven experience in delivering civil engineering solutions across residential subdivisions and commercial developments. Strong understanding of subdivision design, stormwater, earthworks, and infrastructure servicing. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and unite a team through growth and change.
