The Opportunity

You’ll play a pivotal role in pre-construction, working closely with our estimating and delivery teams to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities Include

Supporting bid and tender processes for targeted sectors
Leading early-stage project planning and methodology
Tender preparation and leadership
Feasibility analysis and project strategy development
Stakeholder collaboration across internal and external teams
Risk management and mitigation planning
Oversight of proposal development and submission
Client interaction and relationship management
Contract review and negotiation
Budget oversight and financial planning
Mentoring junior staff and fostering team development

About You

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in a project management role with a strong emphasis on front-end tenders
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative mindset and commitment to safety and quality
