From meticulous demo and structural works through to final clean and handover, we're known for craftsmanship and doing the impossible. We combine decades of trade know-how with modern construction tech to give clients a smooth, transparent build experience. As a Carpenter with DCB, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-end residential builds. From structural framing to fine detail joinery, you'll work closely with supervisors and fellow trades to produce flawless outcomes. What you'll be doing Uphold site safety standards All aspects of on-site carpentry and the building process across high-end residential projects Read and interpret drawings and specifications Maintain daily logs via the company app Work to tight tolerances with hand and power tools Deliver high-quality finishes and Collaborate with the team and follow directions from supervisors What you'll bring Be a Qualified Carpenter/Joiner Minimum 3 years' experience as a fully qualified carpenter/joiner Demonstrated experience across all aspects of carpentry Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Punctual, reliable, and professional, non-negotiable Ability to work well within a team environment Must supply own hand tools Current White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to starting if you are fresh of the boat) Current driver's licence and reliable transport, (we do have a loan car for the right person) Full working rights in Australia Benefits: Full-time role with ongoing stability Immediate start available (but we'll wait for the right person) Weekly wages (TFN employment only - no ABN subcontractors) Uniforms supplied 4 weeks' annual leave, sick pay, superannuation, and paid public holidays Supportive team culture and progression opportunities A few important notes Recruitment is based on merit.
