About your role As a Graduate Radiation Therapist in the Division of Cancer Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred radiation therapy services at either ROPAIR at Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) or South Brisbane's ROPART centre. In this role, you will: Deliver safe and effective radiation therapy in treatment and planning units. Apply your technical knowledge to provide evidence-based patient care. Support patients and families with education and psychosocial care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and quality projects. About you You are a dedicated and collaborative professional with a passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous learning. You will demonstrate: Registration as a Radiation Therapist with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a current radiation licence. Knowledge of radiation therapy principles, procedures, and planning. Ability to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to contribute to a collaborative environment. Commitment to professional development and active learning. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday, at the PAH (ROPAIR) or Mater (ROPART) centre. About Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Cancer Services The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) Cancer Services is a highly developed, multidisciplinary cancer service in one of Australia's largest teaching hospitals.
