About your role As a Graduate Radiation Therapist in the Division of Cancer Services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centred radiation therapy services at either ROPAIR at Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) or South Brisbane's ROPART centre. In this role, you will: Deliver safe and effective radiation therapy in treatment and planning units. Apply your technical knowledge to provide evidence-based patient care. Support patients and families with education and psychosocial care. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes. Contribute to service improvement initiatives and quality projects. About you You are a dedicated and collaborative professional with a passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous learning. You will demonstrate: Registration as a Radiation Therapist with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (AHPRA) and a current radiation licence. Knowledge of radiation therapy principles, procedures, and planning. Ability to provide safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to contribute to a collaborative environment. Commitment to professional development and active learning. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday, at the PAH (ROPAIR) or Mater (ROPART) centre.
