Your new role: As a First Nations Allied Health New Graduate, you'll deliver profession-specific services within the Child and Youth Mental Health Service (CYMHS). This two-year graduate role provides strong cultural support and professional development opportunities to help you grow. You will: Deliver culturally safe, evidence-based assessments, interventions and care. Work collaboratively within an interprofessional mental health team. Participate in supervision, mentoring, and clinical education. Engage in service improvement, research and quality activities. About you: We're looking for a passionate and motivated graduate who is ready to learn and contribute to positive outcomes for young people and their families. You will bring: A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology. Eligibility for professional registration or membership (AHPRA or AASW). Strong communication and teamwork skills. A commitment to cultural safety, evidence-based care, and continuous learning. About us: Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) in Metro South Health provide a range of programs and services across a continuum of care, including community, inpatient, sub-acute, and specialist programs. Whilst the majority of services provide care to consumers aged 0-18 years, some specialist programs within CYMHS provide care to consumers up to 25 years of age.
