Our client is a leading group based in Brisbane, with multiple sites, that has been operating for many years. An opening has become available for the position of Service Manager, within one of their major franchises, situated in the western suburbs of Brisbane. This role requires a Service Manager who is comfortable across all aspects of service management, including but not limited to productivity, efficiency, planning, budgeting, upsell, training, customer satisfaction and more. The department's daily activities are mostly retail, with a bit of warranty thrown in. Internal is handled separately. The department operates both day and night shifts. The ideal candidate will be equally versed in customer interaction, as well as being capable of driving process and procedural improvement.
