Parabellum International are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and solutions-driven Systems & Reporting Analyst who not only understands systems and finance but is also an exceptional communicator. You will be the go-to expert for our Pronto ERP system , working with finance, operations, and system users — translating technical details into clear, practical outcomes. About the Role This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in systems enhancement, maintenance and report preparation. Success in this role requires more than technical ability — you must be a confident communicator who can influence, support, and train stakeholders at all levels . You’ll ensure Pronto delivers the right information to the business while also providing clear reporting that drives strategic decision-making. What You’ll Do You’re the Pronto Owner, ensuring system integrity and effective use across the group. Continue the rollout and implementation of Pronto across the Parabellum group of companies, including expansion of additional Pronto modules including Inventory, Fixed Assets, Resourcing & Scheduling. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into system improvements. Serve as a technical expert, managing all aspects of Pronto configuration, planning, and testing, whilst providing guidance and support to Finance and business users. Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and workspaces within Pronto / Cognos. Deliver end-user training across all Pronto processes, preparing and maintaining clear SOPs and training materials. What We’re Looking For Proven experience implementing, managing, and supporting Pronto ERP (essential). Strong technical expertise in ERP and reporting systems, with solid problem-solving skills. Experience with financial and management reporting tools (Cognos or similar ideal). Deep understanding of GL processes, payroll processes, asset and inventory management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence, engage, and train both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Organised, analytical, and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and a drive to implement change. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or related field (desirable). CA/CPA qualifications a bonus, but not essential.
