Overview Principal Consultant, Culture, Engagement & Organizational Performance — Bangkok. Join Agoda to contribute to the People Development & Performance team, providing systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level. Responsibilities Work closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues on developing their teams to achieve ambitious business strategies, including partner engagement, product innovation models, building culture and organizational structure, and maintaining high standards of performance and engagement. Provide proactive analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact, and provide actionable recommendations linked to business outcomes. Present analysis and insights to senior leadership on talent strategies, including patterns of employee behavior (attrition, promotion, performance management outcomes), employee sentiment surveys, and demographic patterns. Employ innovative methods to scale capability beyond traditional learning, including role and organizational design, process and tools improvement, and diverse learning modalities. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, contributing to effectiveness through assessment, feedback, and coaching. Promote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations and prevent rework. What You'll Need to Succeed 8 years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multinational organization. Undergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcome. Strong project management experience with ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results on time. Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution. Facilitating and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executives. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch with clear metrics. Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations to business leaders. Desirable: expertise in organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead critical conversations. Ownership mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines with a methodical approach. Utmost discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment, with humility and flexibility.
