The role: Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you’ll shape and deliver Herron Todd White’s future Talent & Careers strategy - combining big-picture initiatives with hands-on execution, supported by the Talent & Careers Partner. What you’ll be doing? This role will initially focus on Talent Management and, over time, expand to lead Organisational Development practices. Talent Management – designing and delivering our talent strategy Organisational Development – leading initiatives that strengthen our people’s capability and culture Lead and evolve our Talent Management strategy, supported by the Talent & Careers Partner Partner with People Partners on workforce planning and forecasting Shape and contribute to EVP and employer branding initiatives Enhance talent processes, systems, reporting, and data management Oversee CPD and Graduate Program design and delivery Drive retention, organisational capability, and succession planning across the business What you’ll bring: Minimum 5-7 years experience in internal Talent Management Recent demonstrated experience in a hands-on talent role An understanding of Australia and New Zealand professional services Strong people leadership experience (5 years), providing coaching and day-to-day direction Collaborative, positive and solution-focused Why Join Us?
