Join our Compliance & Operational Oversight team and contribute to meaningful investment decisions that shape Australians’ retirement futures. About the role In this role, you will support CSC’s Operational Due Diligence (ODD) program — helping assess the operational risks (people, systems, processes and controls) of potential investment managers to align with internal policies. You will also be tracking and monitoring the ODD rating and status of existing investment managers and assisting with refresh reviews and analysing changes of investment managers as the need arises. Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering the ODD refresh program in line with the ODD Framework & Policy Collect and analyse information from various sources; summarise and present findings in a clear, concise manner Identify and escalate key issues to the Senior Analyst, supporting further investigation as required Monitor daily news feeds and advisor updates to assess relevance and impact on ODD activities Contribute to ongoing monitoring and reporting through trackers, checklists, and quarterly dashboards Support data cleansing initiatives with a focus on data quality, process design, and documentation Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed What we’re looking for Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Law, highly desired Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau Proven ability to think critically and analyse complex information to support sound decision-making Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally Keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate work across tasks and projects Demonstrated initiative and ability to build rapport with stakeholders Why join CSC?
