You will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, spanning onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, and win-back, while driving measurable impact against company objectives. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives. Optimise and expand CRM & lifecycle journeys to drive performance across ANZ and UK. Partner with product marketing to boost the adoption and engagement of key features and programs. Use data and insights to inform strategy, run promotions, manage budgets, and ensure ROI. Build and influence cross-functional relationships with marketing, product, engineering, analytics, and creative teams. Execute A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps to enhance campaign effectiveness. Understand consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and ensure personalised, relevant communications. Skills & Experience 6 years in marketing, specialising in CRM or data-driven marketing. Proven success delivering CRM strategies that meet KPIs and drive measurable results. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to segment, optimise, and scale strategies. Creative, strategic, and results-driven, with the ability to challenge the status quo. Excellent communication and leadership skills; trusted advisor across cross-functional teams. Customer-focused, empathetic thinker, able to translate insights into impactful campaigns.
