As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to join their team. Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HSE Advisor to contribute to the health, safety, and environment aspects of major civil infrastructure projects. Based in the Gold Coast, you will be contributing to the systems and processes in HSE compliance, fostering a safety-first culture, and ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of environmental sustainability and quality. Role As an HSE Advisor, you will: Develop and maintain safety management plans and procedures in accordance with legislation and best practices Where required, conduct site visits to monitor compliance and identify potential hazards Investigate incidents and accidents, producing reports and implementing any actions to ensure the safety of the team Provide training and leadership to the team in the fields of safety practices, policies and compliance requirements Stay up-to-date on current legislation and best practices Support project managers and teams to promote a safety culture throughout the organisation Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
