As a Domestic/Residential HVAC Service Technician requires troubleshooting, servicing, and upgrading HVAC units while providing excellent customer service. You'll ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. This hands-on position involves a combination of technical skills and customer interaction, offering you the chance to make a real difference in creating comfortable living environments. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems are functioning efficiently. Provide customers with accurate service reports and offer recommendations for system improvements. Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with relevant regulations. Communicate with customers to explain repairs, upgrades, and maintenance requirements. Requirements: Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Valid driver's license. Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and their components. Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Commitment to safety and following industry standards. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
