About the Role Oversee daily operations of this high-volume, premium coastal restaurant, leading a passionate team to deliver seamless, elevated service. This hands-on role is perfect for a confident leader who thrives on the floor, builds strong guest relationships, and takes pride in the details. Lead, mentor, and manage a passionate front-of-house team with a focus on structure, training, and accountability. Drive performance through hands-on service, consistent leadership, and a strong presence on the floor. Collaborate with senior operators to implement and refine systems across service, staffing, and stock control. About You Proven management experience in a premium or hatted dining environment.
