The business is now searching for experienced and dedicated Bakers and Pastrycooks to join their team in Manly, Chatswood, Broadway and Brookvale NSW. Full Time Baker Baker is responsible for: Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients Mixing doughs to specific guidelines Working out required dough temperatures Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bakery goods Operating machines which roll and mould dough At all times, ensuring that Food Safety requirements are met.
