About The Opportunity This is a newly created in office role, working closely with the General Manager, offering a broad and strategic blend of operational and people-focused responsibilities. It is well suited to someone with experience in a law firm environment, ideally in an administration, operations, or practice support role, who is looking to step into a more diverse and impactful position. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing and enhancing internal policies and procedures Identifying and implementing operational improvements across the business Assisting with staff training and performance initiatives aligned with business goals Supporting recruitment processes and ensuring seamless onboarding of new team members Working closely with the GM and Office Manager to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture Contributing to productivity initiatives while maintaining the firm’s strong emphasis on culture and fun Supporting projects such as intranet development, AI/legal tech integrations, AML compliance, and facilities planning About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities High level of professional presentation and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities Confidence to work with individuals at all levels of the organisation A positive, can-do attitude and an interest in ongoing development Strategic thinking and a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone Previous experience in an administration, operational or people support role within a law firm You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, improving systems, and contributing meaningfully to a thriving workplace culture.
