The Opportunity The Founders are heavily involved across every part of the organisation, and this role will be pivotal in helping free up their time to focus on strategic growth. You’ll act as a central point of communication across the leadership group and wider teams, ensuring smooth flow of information, priorities, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive diary and inbox management for the Founders Acting as a central liaison point between departments and the leadership team Supporting business operations and assisting with ad hoc strategic projects Coordinating and supporting Executive Leadership Team activity General office management and fostering strong cross-team communication Proactively managing time and priorities to enable effective decision-making What We’re Looking For An experienced, proactive Executive Assistant with exceptional organisational and communication skills Comfortable working full-time in the office and thriving in a close-knit, collaborative team environment Minimum 3 year experience supporting a Founder/CEO Strong initiative, ability to think ahead, and anticipate business needs A collaborative, adaptable style – someone who thrives in a supportive, family-feel culture Alignment with eco-friendly values and a passion for contributing to a business focused on sustainable growth in the agriculture sector Ready to take the next step?
