About Our Client Our client is a great organization with a community focus and a great leadership team. The Role We are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Developer to join our client's team. You will be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that transform data into valuable insights. This role involves contributing to the upkeep and development of data warehouses, systems, and reporting capabilities to support business decision-making. This position requires flexibility to meet the evolving needs of the organization and community. Key Responsibilities: Translate business needs from various stakeholders into technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and other BI tools. Ensure data security and privacy, including regular reviews of report access permissions. Maintain a registry of all reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery. Perform ad-hoc queries and reporting as needed. Required Skills and Experience Essential Criteria: A tertiary degree in computer science, mathematics, commerce, or a related field, or comparable industry certifications. Proven experience in BI report development, data analysis, and/or data engineering, preferably within the health industry. Demonstrated proficiency in creating reports using Power BI , SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) , and SQL Server . Experience with data quality and validation and a sound knowledge of Data warehouse concepts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to deliver results across multiple projects with competing priorities. Desirable Criteria: Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and manage changing priorities. An understanding of the primary healthcare reform environment and the not-for-profit sector. Why Join Our Client?
