Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following: Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy. Serve beverages efficiently using tray service, ensuring smooth and safe delivery to guest Responsible for carrying and balancing trays with multiple items, maintaining balance and speed Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
