The Early Childhood, Regulation and Communication Division sets the foundations for quality early learning experiences by providing strategic leadership in early learning and child development and by developing and implementing policy, risk-based regulation, continuous quality improvement and investment. Your Role: As Project Officer you will be responsible for supporting programs and initiatives aimed at creating higher quality, more equitable and inclusive early childhood programs. Responsibilities include: In the Project Officer role you will co-ordinate, maintain and manage program documentation and correspondence within the Strategy and Performance team and coordinate essential program administration and record management. Contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of policy initiatives, and provide evidence-based advice on operational planning and program performance Coordinate essential program administration and records management Prepare and draft correspondence, briefings and reports on program related matters to support the efficient and effective delivery of team objectives, timeframes and functions Perform duties as a member of a team which provides advice and support to stakeholders across the state in the delivery of early learning reforms and programs.
