About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key leadership role, supporting and mentoring educators while ensuring children have access to a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment. You’ll be actively involved in: Supporting educators to assess children’s learning and development in line with approved frameworks and curriculum. Guiding and mentoring educators to reflect on their teaching practices and pedagogy. Building the team’s capacity to create high-quality documentation that reflects children’s learning journeys. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, approved by ACECQA . Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. Experience working in the early childhood sector A valid Working with Children’s Check . Why Apply?
