Your new role: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead service delivery and improvement initiatives in Child Protection Services across Metro South Health. This role drives integration of statewide initiatives, co-design of services, and delivery of education, training, and governance frameworks. Key responsibilities include: Leading service development and project management for child protection. Co-designing services and education resources with clinicians and stakeholders. Providing expert consultation, governance, and operational leadership. Representing CPS at local, state, and national forums to drive practice change. About you: You are an experienced allied health leader with advanced skills in project management, governance, and child protection services. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about improving outcomes for children and families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. OT, Social Work, Psychology) with registration/membership. Proven experience in child protection or complex health service delivery. Strong project management, governance, and policy development expertise.
