The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven experience in fit out and refurbishment projects. You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and delivery excellence while working closely with Project Managers and subcontractors. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Overseeing site activities and managing subcontractors to meet project milestones Driving site safety and compliance through regular inspections and corrective actions Coordinating with the Project Manager, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Managing quality control to ensure all works meet specifications Leading site teams with a hands-on, proactive approach About You 3 years' experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Foreperson in fit out/refurb projects Strong knowledge of construction methodology, safety, and compliance A proactive leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management preferred Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to a high standard What's on Offer A competitive salary package based on experience Exciting pipeline of diverse fit out & refurb projects in Sydney Structured processes with the backing of a highly regarded contractor Supportive team culture that values collaboration and career growth How to Apply Click Apply or send your CV to emma.browne@cgcrecruitment.com .
