Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities. Manage subcontractors, crews, and plant on-site. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Conduct pre-start and toolbox meetings. Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager. Drive productivity and deliver works within time and budget. Requirements: Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on road or highway projects . Strong knowledge of road maintenance and civil construction practices.
