Change Manager - CRM (6-Month Contract) I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Change Manager - CRM role with a leading values-driven organisation that operates across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a Salesforce CRM implementation , helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition for staff and stakeholders. The role: As the Change Manager, you'll design and execute the change management strategy to drive adoption, minimise disruption, and deliver long-term benefits. You'll lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training design, process documentation, and post-implementation support-working closely with project sponsors, business leads, and delivery partners. Ability to influence, build trust, and foster adoption across multiple teams. Background in not-for-profit, fundraising, or values-driven organisations is advantageous but not essential.
