Renowned for their focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration, they're looking for a motivated Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team and help drive the successful delivery of premium developments. The Role: As a Contract Administrator, you'll be at the heart of project success, ensuring contracts run smoothly and supporting Project Managers and Site Teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor contracts and packages Manage variations, progress claims, and payment schedules Maintain accurate contract documentation, registers, and records Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project delivery Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally within medium-high density residential, commercial, or retail projects Strong understanding of construction contracts, processes, and compliance Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Motivated to grow professionally within a supportive and forward-thinking team Why Join?
