The Role
Join our One Composites Design team and help transform raw components into flawless results. As a Finishing Specialist (Painter / Spray Painter), you’ll use your skills and attention to detail to ensure every Zone product leaves the floor with a sharp, durable and world-class finish.
What You’ll Do
- Fair and prepare components ready for painting
- Carry out spray painting using polyurethanes and tooling materials with precision and care
- Inspect, touch up and maintain high quality standards
- Maintain tools and spray equipment in top condition while following safety practices
- Collaborate with a skilled team to refine finishing processes
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in spray painting, ideally from automotive, marine, aerospace, rail, or similar industries
- Trade skills as a painter or finisher with an eye for detail and pride in your craftsmanship
- Energy for hands-on tasks in a fast-moving environment
- A passion for producing quality finishes and learning new techniques
