About the Role: Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests. Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and continuously motivating the team to achieve high standards of service. Oversee the completion of daily tasks, ensuring they are executed accurately and in a timely manner. Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience. Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. Working Hours (subject to change): Rotating roster from Tuesday to Saturday, alternating between AM and PM shifts Scheduled within 6:00am – 10:00pm Act as first point of contact for front office staff requiring after-hours assistance
