About the position: Join us as a Claims Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and claims are resolved efficiently and accurately. You’ll take ownership of national claims processing, working closely with warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure faulty, damaged, and missing goods claims are collected, credited, and closed on time. Oversee collections and crediting of goods across our national warehouses. Work with warehouse teams and 3PL providers to ensure seamless collections. Ensure all approvals, evidence, and documentation are in place before collections. Track claims, report progress, and follow up on outstanding items to keep things moving. Partner with Finance, Warehouse Operations, and Vendors to resolve any hiccups. Handle unexpected logistical challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Qualifications: Logistics or Claims Experience – You’ve worked in claims management, warehousing, or a related field. You can juggle multiple priorities and keep everything on track. You know how to liaise with teams, vendors, and 3PL providers effectively. You spot problems before they happen and follow up until the job is done.
