About the Role We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with experience in HVAC, smart energy, or related hardware sectors to lead and scale our global supply chain operations. You’ll manage logistics, supplier relationships, and inventory across a diverse portfolio including air conditioning, heat pumps, energy storage, and connected devices. This is a key role for a commercially savvy leader who can drive efficiency while supporting rapid growth and product innovation in the HVAC space. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to boost resilience, efficiency, and growth Manage inventory and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and control working capital Oversee both international and domestic logistics—liaising with freight forwarders, customs, and 3PL partners Lead a small supply chain team to ensure on-time delivery and operational performance Collaborate with Product, R&D, Finance, and Sales to align supply chain with new product launches and evolving demand Enhance visibility and forecasting capabilities using modern systems; report on KPIs (e.g., lead times, landed cost, supplier performance) About You 5 years in supply chain, procurement, or operations (experience in HVAC, energy, or electronics is highly desirable) Exceptional negotiation and commercial acumen Deep familiarity with freight, customs, and 3PL operations in Australia Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven leadership managing teams and external partners Proficient with ERP and inventory management systems Hands-on, detail-oriented, and resilient—especially in fast-paced environments For more details please contact Tai - taiifopo@connectingus.com.au
