Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, this opportunity will suit a committed, hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a positive mindset who leads by example. Key responsibilities: Coordinating and maintaining daily warehouse operations while leading and coaching the Warehouse Team Leaders and Store persons Assist with staff recruitment and conduct performance evaluation in consultation with the Warehouse/Distribution Centre Manager Ensure all day-to-day operations utilise standardised processes and procedures Prepare and prioritise work for efficient and effective operations Ensure that OHS & E standards are maintained Coordinate, oversee, and supervise inbound and outbound operation Desired experience & qualifications: Solid experience within a warehousing environment ideally in a similar supervisory role Prior experience managing inventory management (cycle counting/stocktaking) and maintaining inventory records Experience managing processes within a Warehouse Management System (WMS) The desire for future growth and development Current Forklift License and Certificate III in Warehouse and Logistics or related discipline Previous experience in a similar environment involving high-volume carton/pallet order picking Demonstrate a positive work attitude with excellent team player skills About Us: Signet is a leading packaging company that is committed to delivering exceptional products and services.
