THE ROLE - WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Our client are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations at Larapinta depot. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance, accuracy and safety. The successful candidate will perform the below duties including, but not limited to: Oversee and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock handling and dispatch to meet productivity targets Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular audits and manage replenishment to minimise discrepancies and waste Implement efficient processes for inventory control, handling of goods and shipping operations Promptly resolve customer queries and ensure service excellence Manage staffing levels, lead onboarding and performance-manage team members. Ensure timely, accurate reporting and communicate operational insights or issues with internal stakeholders to drive improvement. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Three or more years' experience in warehousing or 3PL environments Two or more years in a warehouse supervisory role Hold a current Forklift licence Warehouse Supervisor experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organisation and time management abilities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems Strong problem-solving, adaptability and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and lead by example WHAT THEY OFFER Attractive salary with superannuation included.
