The Opportunity – EOI: Estimator / Production Manager (Geelong Region) We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from skilled and motivated individuals for Estimator and Production Manager positions in the Geelong area. Whether you're an experienced Estimator looking to grow your expertise or a Production Manager ready to take the lead in workshop operations, we want to hear from you. Production Manager – Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop Ensure repair methods and estimates are followed accurately Drive quality assurance and productivity targets Manage workflow to ensure timely, cost-effective repairs Maintain a safe and clean working environment Support ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumables Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded Estimator – Key Responsibilities Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates Liaise with insurers and customers to ensure approval processes run smoothly Work closely with technicians to clarify job scopes Use estimating systems (e.g., Audanet) to create timely and cost-effective quotes Ensure repair methods align with OEM and safety standards Support workshop productivity and job flow What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a similar role (Estimator or Production Manager) within the collision repair industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating systems (e.g., Audanet, iBodyShop) A team-first attitude with the ability to motivate and lead others High attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices Why AMA Group?
