You’ll be the strategic link between them and the wider organisation—ensuring their time is well managed, priorities are clear, and communication flows smoothly. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Proactively manage complex and overlapping diaries, with thoughtful and strategic scheduling. Anticipate needs and prepare information, solutions, and options in advance. Draft, monitor, and respond to emails on behalf of leaders where appropriate. Coordinate travel and logistics, ensuring efficiency and minimising mental load. Track actions and follow up to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare agendas, briefs, and documents for meetings; capture and follow through on outcomes. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as the trusted first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Support leaders in managing major donor and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and diplomacy. Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgement. Organisational Support Oversee leave requests and scheduling to ensure smooth organisational coverage. Monitor and follow up on sick leave and approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Support broader organisational priorities, including coordinating calendars and decision-making processes. About You You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who understands the pace and demands of supporting senior leaders. You combine sharp organisational skills with warmth, professionalism, and discretion—and above all, you’re proactive. You anticipate needs before they arise, think two steps ahead, and take ownership of ensuring things get done. What You’ll Bring Significant experience as an Executive Assistant in high-paced, senior-level environments. Exceptional diary and scheduling management skills, including last-minute changes. Strong written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and professional. Demonstrated ability to manage travel, logistics, and stakeholder engagement. Confidence and judgement in handling sensitive information. A calm, positive, and resilient approach in managing competing demands. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
