These roles are based in Maroochydore (QLD) and Lismore (NSW) , supporting frontline clinical teams to deliver vital care to clients and their families. The team is dedicated to improving access to care, supporting service delivery, and ensuring administrative excellence in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities As an APS4 Practice Officer, you will: Provide front-of-house and administrative support across various service delivery streams. Respond to client, provider, and stakeholder enquiries in person and by phone. Manage referral processes and handle sensitive client information across systems. Assist in onboarding staff and coordinating clinical programs and workshops. Process invoices, draft procurement documents, and track expenditure. Provide office and asset management, including IT and travel coordination. Support reporting, quality assurance, and compliance tracking. Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile You will bring: Demonstrated administrative experience within health or government sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organisation and attention to detail. Confidence working with sensitive information in a confidential manner. A proactive and collaborative approach to team-based work.
