We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Research and Development Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. You’ll be a trusted partner to the executives and be able to constantly stay one step ahead by anticipating business needs. What will you be doing? Executive Partnership – Provide proactive diary and email management aligned with executive prioritiesStakeholder Liaison – Act as the key point of contact between the executives and key internal and external stakeholdersMeeting & Travel Coordination – Plan and manage a high volume of domestic and international travelReporting & Presentation Support – Collate and format reports, board papers, and presentationsTeam & Budget Support – Coordinate team calendars, oversee cost centres, manage budgets, and support team events and away days.Process Improvement – Identify and implement enhancements to administrative processes and systems.Collaboration – Work closely with other EAs and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless support What You'll Do Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple senior executivesProven experience building a true partnership with your executives and being able to anticipate their needsExperience handling commercially sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretionAbility to build relationships and influence at all levels of the businessAbility to work with ambiguity in a constantly changing environmentExceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.Collaborative approach with the ability to work closely and support the EA teamFlexible style as a global business sometimes things need to be done after hoursCommercial curiosity and understanding of business priorities.Ability to suggest and embrace new ideas and process improvements What's in it for you?
