The role As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chief of Staff & Enterprise Services (ChES) division. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you’ll provide high-quality administrative coordination to help deliver the division’s strategic and business outcomes. Initially, there will be a strong focus on working with APRA’s Talent & Mobility team on recruitment support, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling and related activities. The team The Chief of Staff & Enterprise Services division is responsible for key stakeholder management and integrated communications to internal and external audiences, as well as providing corporate shared services functions that assist other areas of APRA to achieve its strategic objectives. The division consists of Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Strategy, Governance, People and Culture, Risk, Finance, and Project and Portfolio Management functions. Key responsibilities Recruitment coordination and support; Provide consistent and reliable support to enable smooth day-to-day operations across the division; Schedule meeting invites and book rooms, draft and distribute agendas; Maintain distribution lists for business units and the division; Upload and maintain intranet content relevant to ChES activities; Order catering, set up rooms, and prepare printed materials for meetings and events; and Monitor shared inboxes and triage queries to appropriate contacts; submit basic IT and HR requests to support onboarding and operational needs.
