About the Position Are you a strategic, values-led leader ready to shape the future of Corporate Services in a progressive local government? The City of South Perth (the City) is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director Corporate Services to lead a broad portfolio including Finance, Information Systems, Governance, People & Performance, as well as Customer, Communications & Engagement. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, you'll work closely with the CEO and senior leaders to drive operational excellence, deliver impactful projects, and foster a high-performing, community and values focused culture. What You Will Bring Proven executive leadership across corporate services Strong people leadership skills and the ability to inspire and maintain a values-based culture Strategic corporate planning and financial management expertise A deep understanding of local government frameworks, laws, risk, and compliance Experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills What We Offer Total remuneration package between $240,000 to $280,000 p.a.
