Developing key relationships and responding to complex matters, driving improvements to prosecution processes; Regularly reviewing file and matter management activities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, making changes or recommendations as appropriate; Preparing and providing legal advice on complex legislative, regulatory or procedural matters.
