What You'll Do:Handle a broad spectrum of property-related legal matters, including disputes, litigation, and advisory workDraft, register and advise on an array of property legal documentsHandle commercial disputes, including construction, contract, and property issuesAssist with enforcement, and dispute resolutionPrepare court filings, correspondence, and client adviceRepresent client at Court, attend court hearings, brief counsel, and assist with evidence preparation for trials and interlocutory hearings What We're Looking For:Smart, motivated professionals with at least 2-10 years of post-admission experience (PAE)Exposure to property law and/or commercial litigation is desirableFamiliarity with Magistrates, District, Supreme Courts and SAT is a plusStrong academic results and excellent communication skillsProactive, well-organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client serviceCollaborative team players with strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset Preferred Education & Experience:Law degree from an accredited university2-10 years of relevant experience in property law or commercial litigationDemonstrated success in managing legal files and court procedures Additional Requirements:Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to participate in continuous learning and professional developmentPassion for innovation in legal services and client engagement Apply now to be part of a forward-thinking firm that values your growth, work-life balance, and contribution.
