Description Why the role We have a fantastic opportunity to advance the career of a personal injury lawyer with four years PQE, supporting the work of our Perth team and national practice. Depending on your experience and work preference, you’ll be exposed to a variety of insurance claims involving a blend of general liability, motor injury (CTP), workers’ compensation, and institutional abuse claims. This role is flexible and can be tailored to suit the experience and interests of the successful applicant. Skills And Experiences Who are you? Around 2-5 years post admission experience. Experience in personal injury is preferred, including experience in one or more of the following areas: general liability, motor injury (CTP), workers’ compensation or institutional abuse claims. You have confidence, initiative and ambition to pursue a career in defendant personal injury dispute resolution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience. Self-motivated and able to work at pace. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without compromising attention to detail. Practical and client focused in solving problems.
