We are currently seeking a Document Controller to join our high-performing team based in either Sydney Head Office or Perth Office . This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting a collaborative team, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do: Manage project document control and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Oversee quality assurance and control of project documentation Implement and maintain project filing structure and document management systems. Track, register, and update project deliverables, revisions, approvals, and transmittals. Support project reporting by maintaining document registers, schedules, and progress data. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve document control issues. Provide guidance and training for stakeholders on document management and project quality systems. Championing quality systems approach in projects, in accordance with Yokogawa guidelines/policies and MyProject online project-phase documentation. Assist with project closure, archival of documentation, and audit requirements. Promote best practices in document control and contribute to continuous improvement. What you’ll bring: 3 years' experience in project document control administration, preferably within an engineering or technical environment. Strong attention to detail , time management , and multitasking capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and business systems, and a knack for learning new tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . An analytical thinker , self-motivated , assertive individual with good problem-solving skills.
