Job Description We are currently looking for an energetic and proactive Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to manage our reception function at the North Ryde office in a full-time, permanent role! You'll be the first point of contact for employees, customers and guests, so immaculate presentation and communication skills are essential. What your typical day might look like Greet visitors on arrival in a professional /friendly manner Answer, assist & transfer incoming calls to the correct departments Maintain Staff Distribution Lists based on the Monthly new starters / leavers list from payroll Manage access cards for North Ryde Office, adding new starters, deleting access for employees who leave. Liaise with the Property Manager when maintenance needed. Support coordination for various conferences/events/catering Support travel administration where required and process all branch uniform orders Order stationery / office supplies Ensure that the front office area and kitchen areas are kept tidy & presentable
