We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join a leading organisation in the FMCG space to support key internal and external stakeholders with order management, processing, logistics support and more! In this role, you will be working as part of the Supply Chain Team to manage the order process on a day-to-day basis. You will be a strong administrator with great people skills with a willingness to learn and support a highly driven and dynamic team. Your day-to-day will include: Processing purchase order submissions for key retail accounts Accurate data entry when processing orders and into EDI system Liaising day-to-day with Retail Partners in relation to delivery timeframes and order processing to achieve effect customer relations and service to customers. Working closely with Supply Chain Team, liaising with transport providers and Warehouse Team Working closely with the Key Account Manager on all relevant activities to their accounts providing support for reporting, order processing and key ranging activities Contributing to the team's continuous improvement initiatives. Who you are? Order processing and reporting experience Experience using ERP Systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience within FMCG, or similar industry is beneficial This is a full time, permanent role, office based.
