Job Description An exciting opportunity as our Retail Operations Manager - Vic East to drive the success of your region, developing region based business plan & store based business plans to drive growth & profitability. A Peek Into Your Petstock Day Develop business plan for your region in line with overall Retail Operations business plan and in line with 5 year business strategy including development of individual store based business plans. Work with Business Managers & Regional Managers ensuring store compliance levels are at company standards. Be part of project teams collaborating with Support Office departments to get best outcomes for stores. Work with GMRO to ensure customer focus within the business, introduce new ideas & provide efficiency to our retail stores. Coach and mentor Team Members providing development & succession opportunities. Assist in compiling & reviewing budget for your region including quarterly review & reporting to the Finance Team Establish annual CAPEX budgets, scoping & priorities including review and re-establishing priorities for CAPEX works for the quarter. Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? Minimum 5 years in a Retail Management role. Strong working knowledge of a retail operational environment. Sound financial and budgeting skills & experience. Exceptional leadership skills and development of team. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability in business planning and strategic thinking. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills including exceptional attention to detail.
