Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Buyers to develop and deliver effective merchandise strategies aligned to customer demand and business objectives.Plan, forecast, and trade across large-scale apparel categories, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.Analyse sales and market data to drive inventory optimisation, markdown strategies, and profitability.Influence commercial decision-making across a diverse and high-volume retail business.Support continuous improvement through innovative planning processes and best practice. About YouProven experience as a Merchandise Planner within Big Box or large-format retail.Strong background in Apparel planning, with the ability to work across multiple categories.Highly analytical with strong commercial and financial acumen.Collaborative and influential, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
