The purpose of a Roaming Store Manager is to add stability and consistency to the VIC portfolio of stores which is achieved when a specific location needs a Store Manager. Acting as a conduit between your Retail Education Manager and store teams, the role of Roaming Store Manager will drive success through observation, collaboration, and team leadership. Working full-time time on a Tuesday to Saturday roster, you will be working closely with your team achieve sales with a vision of elevation and growth, observing fresh approaches to commercial success working with various stakeholders.
