Your New Role- Import Operator Due to an increase in workload, an experienced Imports Officer is needed to join the team on a full-time basis. The role will primarily focus on the growing e-Commerce sector, with opportunities for coaching in high-performance IT platforms. Liaising with clients (nationally and internationally), carriers, ABF and AQIS & e-commerce platforms. Managing, compiling, and processing all import documentation, including assisting with customs and quarantine paperwork. Communicating with transnational clients to organise efficient and on-time freight transportation. Managing client enquiries and handling customer feedback/complaints in a timely manner Lodging Air/Sea cargo automation Lodging Outturn report Co-coordinating with clients and internal staff Cargo delivery arrangement Support custom brokers Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy and compliance obligations Follow procedures and communicate effectively with internal and external team. Ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
