About the role This position is responsible for processing of transactions and activities relating to supply of aftermarket & additional products. This includes facilitating reconciliation and payment of supplier accounts co-ordinating activities between relevant SG Fleet business units and aftermarket suppliers. The role also includes working closely with relevant SG Fleet business units and our suppliers to ensure clear communication in relation to standard and non-standard trading activities including equipment management. Main responsibilities Collaborate with relevant SG Fleet business units to facilitate accurate transaction processing and ensure correct recording of payment information Work with relevant SG Fleet business units to coordinate installation and deinstallation of aftermarket equipment post vehicle delivery Collect, analyse, and interpret data sets to generate meaningful insights Complete regular tasks in relation Aftermarket installations, both during installation, removal and ongoing administration Initiate, develop and maintain productive and beneficial relationships with all stakeholders both internally and externally Proactively explore opportunities for improvement and assist in identifying process improvements Skills and experience Demonstrated experience engaging and working collaboratively with internal/external suppliers and customers Intermediate Microsoft skills, in particular Microsoft Excel. Good numerical skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong prioritisation and time-management skills.
